Ingredients:

• 1 Rojo’s Mexicali Dip (11 oz)

• 1 box spiral macaroni

• 2 tbsp pure olive oil

• 2 chicken breasts

• ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

• ¼ cup milk

Directions:

  1. Season chicken breast. Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken for 20 min on medium high heat or until cooked thoroughly.  Remove chicken from skillet and slice chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of salted water to boil. Boil macaroni for 10 min or until soft.
  3. Put macaroni in the same skillet used to cook the chicken. Mix in Rojo’s® Mexicali Dip, cheese, and milk. Add chicken and serve.
