Jalapeno Ranch Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz shredded chicken
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
    1 cup shredded slaw mix
  • 2-3 tbsp Rojo’s Jalapeño Ranch Dip
  • ½ of a lime
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
    ¼ cup bread & butter pickles
    Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1- Make the filling
Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to a small bowl. Stir until combined.

Step 2- Make the Slaw
Add the slaw mix to a bowl with 2-3 tbsp of Rojo’s Jalapeño Ranch Dip, the juice from ½ of a lime, and salt & pepper. Mix until combined.

Step 3- Make the Sandwich
Toast the sourdough bread slices in a large skillet with 2 tbsp of butter until golden brown. Layer on the buffalo chicken, jalapeño ranch slaw, and some pickles. Enjoy!
