Ingredients:

1 11oz Rojo’s Mexicali Dip

• 4 red or green bell peppers

• ½ pound pre-cooked pulled pork

• Shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

• Sour cream

• Cherry tomatoes (sliced)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350˚.

Slice bell peppers in half and clean out inside. Place peppers in a glass baking pan.

In a bowl, mix pulled pork, black beans, and Rojo’s® Mexicali Dip. 

Scoop pork mixture into bell pepper halves. Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30-40 min. Top with sour cream and cherry tomatoes. Serve.
