Ingredients:

• 1 Rojo’s Mexican Style Street Corn Dip (11 oz)

• ½ green bell pepper (diced)

• ½ red bell pepper (diced)

• ¼ cup red onion (diced)

• 1 jalapeno pepper (diced)

• corn chips

Directions:

  1. Mix Rojo’s® Mexican Style Street Corn Dip, peppers and onions together in a medium bowl.
  2. Add corn chips as desired. Serve as a side or dip.
